1. No Financial Investment or Guaranteed Outcomes Any funds collected from the public constitute a pre-order for a digital product (specifically, a marketplace platform mobile application). This transaction is strictly a commercial pre-order and does not represent a financial investment, security, or deposit. PayInSync does not guarantee any financial outcomes, profits, investment returns, earnings, or sales volumes to users, buyers, or participants. Individual success depends entirely on user’s personal effort, dedication, skills, local market demand, and effective use of the platform. Funds collected via pre-orders can also be allocated toward user acquisition, marketing, partnerships, and other operational costs—including salaries—and are not exclusively restricted to product or platform building.

2. Phased Product Development Roadmap The PayInSync platform, features, and ecosystem are being developed and deployed in multiple sequential phases. The complete rollout of the application and its interconnected services is projected to span across several years. Consequently, specific features, functionalities, or services may not be immediately available at the time of pre-order, and specific features, functionalities, or services are subject to change as per the sole decision of PayInSync company as development progresses. Specific features may be subject to approval of regulatory bodies, which involves a multi-stage, time-consuming review process.

3. Assumption of Risk By participating in this pre-order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing early access/commercial status within a digital product ecosystem and that you understand the long-term nature of its development lifecycle.

4. Commercial Entity Status PayInSync is a commercial, for-profit enterprise. Funds collected (product pre-orders) through this platform are strictly for commercial business development of PayInSync and do not constitute a charity, donation, or social service initiative.

5. User Operational Capital Clarification “No investment” explicitly means that users of the platform are not required to invest money with PayInSync to operate or maintain status as a user on this platform. This completely disregards and separates any individual commercial transactions users choose to make independently to buy, sell, or create within the marketplace ecosystem. There might also be a membership fee which disregards “No Investment”.

6. VIP User Status and Preferences “VIP” designates a specific classification of platform user. Users holding VIP status receive systematic preferences and priority over standard users regarding platform activities such as buying, selling, creating etc.

7.PayInSync does not provide jobs, work, salaries, or income to it’s platform users.

8. Platform Facilitation and Escrow Structure PayInSync is strictly a marketplace platform and does not sell any products or services directly; it acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate users performing these commercial activities. The PayInSync platform merely connects the buyer and the seller, and the actual completion of any buy or sell transaction including logistics and delivery is performed entirely by the seller. To secure the ecosystem, PayInSync holds the transaction funds securely until the product or service is successfully delivered to the buyer, at which point the funds are released and transferred to the seller after deducting any applicable commission.

9. Right to Discontinue Services PayInSync Private Limited reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the marketplace platform, mobile application, and all associated services at any time, without prior notice, in the event of insufficient funding, lack of revenue, unviable operational costs, or any other unexpected issues.
