  1. Acceptance: PayInSync platform user, any individual or registered entity in business relation with PAYINSYNC PRIVATE LIMITED accepts all these terms & conditions mentioned in this page or document including all sections.
  2. Absolute Protection for Company Personnel: Directors, founders, officers, employees, agents, and any personnel of PayInSync Private Limited (collectively, “Company Personnel”) shall have no personal liability whatsoever for any claims, damages, losses, penalties and fines, or obligations arising from use of the Services, ROC, NPCI, RBI, partners, investors, service providers(vendors) and any other entity. Personal properties, assets, or estates of Company Personnel are expressly protected and shall not be attached, seized, or subject to execution in any legal proceedings related to PayInSync’s operations, debts, or liabilities.
  3. Scope of Protection:This protection applies universally, including but not limited to contractual disputes, tort claims, regulatory penalties, user losses, data breaches, or service interruptions. Company Personnel act solely in their official capacity, and the corporate veil remains inviolable under Section 149 and related provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
  4. Supremacy Over Other Agreements:This Limited Liability Protection clause constitutes a material term of these Terms and shall take absolute priority over any other agreement, contract, understanding, or legal instrument (prior, contemporaneous, or subsequent) between PayInSync and any party. No amendment, waiver, or conflicting provision in any other document shall override, limit, or negate this protection.
  5. Jurisdiction
    Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
  6. User Responsibility for Transactional and Personal Data: Users are solely responsible for their money transactions, purchases, conversations, and any other personal information and financial information (UPI IDs, mobile numbers, OTPs, passwords, bank SMS etc.) on the platform. PayInSync exercises no control over, and bears no liability for, user-to-user interactions, transactions between users, or content/information exchanged directly between users.
